When should I prepare for the ACT, SAT?

Ideally, one should prepare at least two months ahead and complete our 20 hour course at 10 hours per month for two months. 

Since there are different sections for each test, we advise that our students focus first on the subject which poses the least amount of difficulty leaving the subject that poses more difficulty for the last month of tutoring.  Tutoring may also be offered on a back and forth basis (with a full 20 hour course), having the tutor alternate one subject after another per week. (Ex. Language Arts on Tuesday, Math on Thursday for a total of 10 hours total Math and Language arts in one month and the same in the following month). 

SAT Preparation 

For the SAT, we ask for 10 hours minimum tutoring for the Language Arts section of the test and 10 hours minimum tutoring for the Math section of the test. 

ACT Preparation

For the ACT, we ask for 10 hours minimum tutoring for the Language Arts section of the test and 10 hours minimum tutoring for the Math/Science section of the test.  Some students add a few hours for either Math or Science, if more hours are needed.
