Our tutors are highly qualified, degreed educators who love to teach! We will do all we can to have a tutor for you in a timely manner but do suggest a 48 hour turnaround time from the time of sign-up during summer months.  In peak season, this turnaround time can be 48 hours to 5 business days, depending on tutor availability.

If you are an adult student taking a college course in a subject that is not listed within our general subjects (math, science, language arts, foreign languages, history), please give us a call.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

Our specialty is one-on-one tutoring since we feel the student excels the most when given the tutor's undivided attention.  However, we do offer group tutoring (for In-Home Tutoring only) for up to three students in one session.

Our sessions are 1 hour in length with 55 minutes being devoted to the lesson and the last 5 minutes devoted to conferencing with the parent about their child's progress in that particular session, or, for adult learners, with the student directly.

The minimum number of tutoring hours per month we offer is 4, which breaks down into 1 hour per week.  We do suggest 2 hours per subject, per week in order to obtain optimal results, which breaks down into about 8 hours tutoring per month. The latter option is also a more affordable hourly rate.
